The control unit of the Quinta system meets all requirements regarding operational safety, reliability or transmission security. There are three frequency bands (2.4 / 5.2 / 5.8 GHz) for the reliable wireless communication. The switching of the channels is either automatically or manually. In any case, frequency changes during operation are completely silent. The system already meets the latest regulations of the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) and can be integrated into existing or new building computer networks that comply the IEEE 802.1 IT standard (AVB). The numerous functions with which the meeting can be controlled, include the simple operation and configuration via Smartphone or tablet PC. 
 
For the chairman, delegate and double delegate microphone units there are gooseneck microphones with XLR connector in four different lengths available. But in the beginning it was more of a studio project for the two... A lot has happened in the meantime. The band manages itself and has founded their own label. The album, released in 2008, has the title “MEIN NAME IST”. One can tell: they’ve fought for it! It reflects the band’s attitude and their standpoint: own label, own rules.  
Now P:lot is ready for take-off again: The third album from p:lot will be available soon. It is called “Zuhören” (“Listening”), and it is worth listening to, because the band produces lovely melodies about love, life and listening to the inner voice. 
You can see and listen to p:lot live: At March 24, 2012 at prolight+sound / Musikmesse in Frankfurt at beyerdynamic booth (Halle 6.1 / B 80). Two times p:lot will give a taste of their skills: At 11 a.m. and at 2. p.m. And if you are lucky, you will also get an autograph.
