Overview: Submission Process & Guidelines

Every reader of our blog – whether you're an audio enthusiast, a beyerdynamic fan, or a customer – is warmly invited to contribute to our “Community Voices” section.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a hobby writer, an expert, or simply a passionate fan. What unites us is our shared enthusiasm for beyerdynamic products and outstanding audio quality.

Your post should be thematically aligned with our brand and blog. If you’re not yet familiar with our blog, feel free to use the search function to explore previous content and get a sense of what we publish. Please avoid submitting topics that have already been covered.

Popular topics include personal experiences with our products or tips and tricks for using them – for example, in music production or gaming.

If you’re unsure whether your idea fits, just send us an email at blog@beyerdynamic.de to check in with us beforehand.

Yes – please make sure to follow these guidelines:

- Submissions must be in written text format.
- The length should be between 400 and 1,200 words.
- Advertising, affiliate links, or references to competitor products are not permitted.
- Your post must be original and written by you – we value authenticity.

To ensure good readability, we recommend a clear structure with an introduction, main section, and conclusion. For longer texts, subheadings can help guide the reader and improve the flow.

Please note: We may edit your post for length (e.g. if it exceeds the word limit) and correct spelling or grammar where necessary.

It’s easy – just use our online form on the website. There, you can upload your text as a file. If you’re unsure about your topic, feel free to contact us in advance at blog@beyerdynamic.de.

Please note: Submission does not guarantee publication.

We’re happy to receive personal images, as long as you own the rights to them. Please note that the decision to publish submitted images lies with our editorial team.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to accept videos.

Our editorial team will review your post for content, quality, and relevance.

If everything checks out, it will be published soon in the Community Voices section of the beyerdynamic blog.

You’ll usually hear back from us within 7–14 working days. You’ll receive an automatic confirmation once your submission has been successfully uploaded via the form.
In the meantime, please refrain from follow-up enquiries. If you haven’t received a response after 14 days, feel free to get in touch via email.

Our blog team will take care of formatting your post. The content itself will remain unchanged. We’ll correct any spelling or grammar mistakes, format your images, and integrate them appropriately.

If you don’t submit your own images, we may add suitable product visuals to support your post.

You can submit your post in German or English – it will be translated into the other language before publication.

As soon as your post has passed our quality check and has been prepared for the blog, we’ll let you know the publication date.

Yes – we’re happy to credit you by name if you’d like. You can also use a pseudonym. All posts in the Community Voices section are clearly marked as such and visually separated from editorial content.

Please understand that we reserve the right to reject names or pseudonyms that don’t meet our editorial standards.

There’s no fixed time limit for how long your post will remain online.

However, if the product you wrote about is no longer part of our portfolio in the future, we reserve the right to take the post offline to keep our blog up to date.

That would be a shame. Since both you and our team have put effort into the post, we kindly ask that it remains online for at least 12 months. After that, you’re welcome to contact us if you’d like it removed.

If your post is published, it will appear on the beyerdynamic blog in both German and English. It may also be featured in our newsletter or shared on our social media channels – although this is not guaranteed.

As a thank you, you’ll receive a €100 voucher for the beyerdynamic online shop (excluding B-stock). The voucher will be sent to you by email and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other voucher promotions. Please note: the full amount must be used in a single order – any remaining balance cannot be saved or transferred.
