  • Attain monthly online sales targets and drive revenue for the Company
  • Prepare reports and make effective use of website as well as social media tools to promote sales
  • Experience with product and sales content development, design, layout, working with account online marketing staff
  • Confirm content developed is edited and proofread ensuring campaigns align with corporate strategy
  • Utilize information management tools, develop customer interactive strategies through web-based media content, communication channels, social networking sales execution
  • Coordinate with field sales and marketing to plan, implement and execute the customer content including feature products, advertising, promotions, information, email responses, campaign management
  • Analyze the response rates and the customer data for positioning online sales decisions, implement search engine optimization techniques
  • Plan, coordinates and executes the internet sales by adhering to the business strategies and plans of the Company
  • Passion for delivering sales results with drive to meet and exceed budgets
  • Good analytical and project management skills, knowledge of social media sales techniques
  • Ability to work independently, multitask and deliver results



  • Minimum of 5 years online sales development experience, A/V or CE industry preferred
  • Business or Marketing degree desired
  • Effective and professional presentation skills
  • High level written, organizational, and problem-solving proficiencies
  • Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills
  • Dependable, self-starter and team player
  • Ability to prioritize, willing and able to meet crucial deadlines
