Overview

  • Direct B2C and B2B sales management of regional and national accounts
  • Basic technical knowledge of A/V Consumer products, sales and distribution management
  • Preferably, background with headphone and microphone products
  • Passion to meet and exceed territory sales budget objective with aggressive sales determination
  • Develop and execute sales and promotional programs, national and regional, for ongoing sales growth
  • Knowledge of competitor models by prominent manufacturers
  • Analysis of sales, market and competitor activities, Provide product category data and end user trends
  • Proven experience increasing sales, distribution and identifying prospect accounts
  • Support, preparation and attendance at regional and national trade shows
     

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years sales experience, CE or A/V industry preferred College degree or equivalent experience
  • Drive plus proven ability to develop and grow national dealer network
  • Effective and professional presentation skills
  • High level written, organizational, and problem solving abilities
  • Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills
  • Dependable, self-starter, team player and motivator
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet crucial deadlines
  • Capable of meeting travel requirements of 50% or more as needed
