Hygiene Standards

We are committed to the highest hygiene standards across all our products. Returned products are dusted and cleaned using disinfectant solutions. Any parts that come into direct contact with the skin, such as ear pads, are replaced. This ensures that every refurbished product meets the same hygiene standards as a new product.

Technical Inspection

After being thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, each product undergoes a technical inspection. Its functionality meets the same high standards as a new product. Headphones are subjected to audio testing to ensure all internal components function flawlessly. Any relevant software or firmware updates are also considered during the inspection process.

Cases & Packaging

Not only the product itself, but also accompanying accessories and packaging, such as hard cases and carrying cases, are carefully inspected and cleaned, and replaced where necessary. While minor cosmetic imperfections to the packaging may be present, all refurbished products are fully functional and meet our rigorous quality standards.
