What is B-stock?
Our refurbished products come from customer returns and are carefully inspected, cleaned and refurbished before being offered for sale again. All products are fully functional and meet our high quality standards. The only difference may be minor cosmetic signs of use or imperfections to the packaging.

Before a product can be offered in our Outlet as B-stock, it must meet our rigorous quality standards. Every product undergoes a comprehensive inspection and refurbishment process to ensure it meets our requirements.
Hygiene Standards
We are committed to the highest hygiene standards across all our products. Returned products are dusted and cleaned using disinfectant solutions. Any parts that come into direct contact with the skin, such as ear pads, are replaced. This ensures that every refurbished product meets the same hygiene standards as a new product.
