You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty days and without specifying reasons.
The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third-party other than the carrier nominated by you has taken possession of final goods.

You can also complete and send the example cancellation form or an explicit statement electronically from our website. If you make use of this option, then confirmation will be sent to you immediately (e.g. via e-mail) regarding receipt of such a cancellation.
For the observance of cancellation deadlines it is sufficient to send notice regarding the exercising of the right of cancellation prior to the expiry of the cancellation period.

Please note that we will not bear the costs incurred for returning the goods.
CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION
If you cancel this contract, we are required to pay back to you all payments which we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs which result from you having selected a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). We are required to do this immediately and no later than thirty days from the day on which we received notice of your cancellation of this contract. We shall use the same payment method for this repayment which you used for the original transaction, unless something different has been expressly agreed with you, under no circumstances will you be charged for this repayment. We can decline this repayment until we have received the goods back or until you can provide evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You are required to send back or deliver the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than thirty days from the day on which you informed us about the cancellation of the contract. The deadline is met if you send us the goods prior to the expiry of the thirty day period. We will not bear the costs incurred for returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is only for consumers.
The right to cancel does not apply to the following kind of contracts:
- Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized,
- Contracts for the supply of sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery.
