What is B-Stock?
B-Stock products are refurbished headphones and microphones, for example from returned goods or exhibits at trade shows. The products have the same product features and functions as new products (A-Stock) and are offered at low prices in the beyerdynamic Outlet. There may be small cosmetic defects on the product or its packaging, but you can be sure that
B-Stock products function technically flawlessly.

Hygiene Standards
We always apply the highest standards of hygiene to all our products. Returned products are dusted and cleaned with disinfectant. Parts that have direct contact with the skin, such as ear pads, are replaced. This ensures that every
B-Stock product meets all the hygiene standards of an A-Stock product in equal measure.
Can I return my Outlet products?
When returning outlet products (B-goods), the return costs must be borne by the buyer.
